3 Ingredient Low Fat Ice CReam

Shavuot is almost here and that has everyone thinking of cheese cake. But I dont like cheese cake so disclaimer – dont come here looking for a cheese cake. However, I do love ice cream which is an even better dairy dessert to have (in my humble opinion)

And this one is only 3 ingredients. That’s right…only 3 ingredients…low fat…and dairy ice cream!

Takes 5 minutes to throw together and by far not as much guilt as having a bowl of regular ice cream.

Just Fat Free Cool Whip, Sugar and Peanut Butter. That’s it.

If you cant get cool whip then you can just use any dairy whipped topping or heavy cream and just whip to stiff peaks or any whipped cream in a container instead. And yes you can keep this dairy free by using a dairy free whip topping that you whip up as well. It may not be as “low fat” but still will taste insanely delicious.

3 Ingredient Low Fat Peanut Butter Ice Cream

1 container of Fat Free Cool Whip (or one 6oz container of whipped topping, whipped to stiff peaks)

3 Tsp. Peanut Butter

2 Tsp. Sugar

Add the peanut butter and sugar to the whipped topping. Mix to combine (mash the peanut butter a little to help it spread throughout).

Freeze overnight. Before eating let defrost for 3-5 minutes. This will result in a creamier ice cream.
